If outside the terms then the repair will be chargeable at a reduced rate. Whatever, you can be sure of an urgent response and you will be back in business much earlier than you might expect.

Maintenance Contracts are available for a period of one year (renewable) and are costed on the age of the CCU and network, number and type of lines and number of extensions.
